Telescopic Ladders

A telescopic loft ladder is constructed from aluminium tubes and rungs, with heavy-duty plastic joints and locking mechanisms.

Once unlocked, the concentric vertical tubes slide out in sequence until the ladder reaches the floor.

To retract, you simply grab the bottom section and push it upwards. Each section locks in place as you slide it up.

Concertina Ladders

A concertina loft ladder is sometimes referred to as a 'scissor action' ladder, due to the overlapping side mechanisms.

The non-slip foot pads remain nearly parallel to the floor as the ladder extends, making it very comfortable to use.

It will compress to a very small footprint above your loft hatch and includes a metal pole to allow easy closing.
