Ownership
All items purchased and supplied by Ahead Loft Ladders Ltd remains the property of Ahead Loft Ladders Ltd until works are paid for.
Deposit
Any materials purchased for agreed additional works are also chargeable.
Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of work commencing.
Payment Methods
Once works are completed, payment must be paid by card / cash / contactless. Cheques will not be accepted.
No works will be started without a written/email confirmation.
Warranty/Guarantee
All ladders installed by Ahead Loft Ladders Ltd come with a warranty please keep your invoice for proof of purchase.
All work carried out comes with at least a 5 year guarantee.
Easystow ladders come with a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
Loft Works & Planning Authority
Any works carried out in your loft are non-habitable and must not be used as a living space. You must consult your local planning authority if you wish to do so.
If you are storing items in your loft, It is recommended you consult a structural engineer to assess load capacity.
Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
